Director of Global Workplace Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow five Workplace Technology Leads across major global sites (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver)
• Set and own global standards for hardware, AV, conferencing, network, and physical-security infrastructure
• Own the global Workplace Technology budget and vendor framework
• Partner with Workplace teams on office buildouts and expansions, managing technology scope from kickoff to completion
• Collaborate with Information Security, IT Systems, and People teams on access, network, and onboarding controls
• Manage the function via shared service desk and AI-native ITSM tools

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT, workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations
• Experience with multi-site or global responsibility and managing managers or senior ICs
• Proven track record of building functions, setting standards, and hiring teams
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and maintain alignment between distributed sites
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Workplace, Security, IT, People, and Finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AV/conferencing, office networks (Meraki), and physical-security platforms (Verkada)
• Experience managing office buildouts and fit-outs end-to-end
• Knowledge of ITSM and AI-assisted service operations
• Proficiency with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or 1Password
