Director of Global Studies and International Students/PDSO

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the College’s global education efforts, including international student services and study abroad programming.
• Serve as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Officer (RO) to ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies.
• Manage international student onboarding, retention, and support through advising, mentoring, and specialized programming.
• Oversee all study abroad and global learning programs, including recruitment, administration, and program review.
• Evaluate study abroad opportunities for academic alignment, student support, and health and safety standards.
• Maintain relationships with third-party providers and campus stakeholders to ensure high-quality global learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-5 years of experience in global studies programs and/or international student services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• Current PDSO designation and/or significant PDSO experience.
