About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a top-tier book of named accounts and UHNW relationships, personally opening and closing deals
  • Activate existing networks to generate qualified pipeline and confirmed bookings
  • Hold commercial P&L accountability for top-line performance across properties
  • Recruit, structure, and lead hunter-profile sales teams across global markets
  • Implement performance-based compensation plans and rigorous KPI accountability
  • Lead high-impact revenue verticals including luxury travel, corporate health, and commercial partnerships
  • Manage healthcare ambassador and institutional referral agreements

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience in health, wellness, longevity, or medical/healthcare sectors
  • A portable, activatable network of UHNW individuals, C-suite leaders, or luxury travel trade
  • Proven personal closing record with experience hitting senior revenue targets
  • Solid revenue management and pricing experience (yield, channel mix, rate integrity)
  • Experience managing and leading contact center or inside-sales teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently and internationally
  • Hands-on, high-energy operator mentality
