About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide global enterprise leadership for packaging strategy, innovation, and execution
- Own packaging specifications and SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) governance
- Define and execute sustainable packaging strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead technical packaging development for PET and secondary packaging platforms
- Establish SAP PLM as the authoritative system of record for specifications and supplier capabilities
- Manage technical engagement with packaging suppliers including resin, corrugate, and printers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and performance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or other Engineering field
- 10+ years of experience in Product Development or Process Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft PM, or similar project management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- SAP experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
