Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy across 83+ international markets
- Benchmark international regions to ensure competitiveness in areas like vacation, car allowance, and deferred compensation
- Manage the annual benefits budget and monitor administrative costs
- Lead contract negotiations with benefits providers, brokers, and third-party administrators
- Oversee the RFP process for selecting new vendors and monitor performance against SLAs
- Establish a global governance structure to ensure alignment with local regulatory mandates
- Oversee the administration of all leaves, including FMLA, Workers Compensation, and Disability
- Execute communication strategies and the annual Open Enrollment process
- Coach and develop a high-performing global team of benefits professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Benefits experience
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
- Experience managing benefits programs across diverse international regions
- Demonstrated vendor negotiation and management skills
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost analysis
- Proficiency in benefits data analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree
- Relevant certification such as CEBS, GBA, or CBP
