Director of Global Analyst & Influencer Relations

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale Industry Advisory Boards (IABs) to curate elite segments like AI in Banking and Wealth.
• Build and lead "The Vault," a flagship global banking executive network, to foster peer-to-peer connection and pipeline acceleration.
• Own strategic engagement with Tier-1 analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester) and major consultancies (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, etc.).
• Design a global analyst tiering model and orchestrate briefings to secure top-tier market rankings.
• Operationalize thought leadership by activating internal and external subject matter experts across podcasts, PR, and executive events.
• Connect influence to sales by implementing a measurable influence-to-pipeline framework integrated with SFDC.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Field Marketing to ensure a unified brand narrative.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations (AR), Executive Relations, or Strategic Communications.
• Proven experience within Enterprise Tech, Fintech, or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of managing C-level stakeholders and high-level Advisory Boards.
• Deep existing credibility and networks with banking sector analysts and industry influencers.
• Experience working across diverse global cultures and multiple time zones.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link community engagement to measurable pipeline generation.
