Director of Fraud Technology

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the Bank’s Counter Fraud technology and analytics strategy
• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of fraud detection systems to mitigate risks
• Ensure fraud technology solutions comply with SAMA regulations and internal governance
• Manage departmental objectives, performance indicators, and operational plans
• Lead the introduction of innovative fraud prevention tools and automation solutions
• Oversee system monitoring, fine-tuning, and rule optimization based on fraud trends
• Direct the development of fraud trend analysis reports using statistical and machine learning tools
• Leverage network and behavioral analytics to improve predictive detection capabilities

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Fraud, Compliance Technology, or IT Risk
• Experience in the banking industry
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Experience with IBM SP and SAP BO
