Director of Food & Beverage

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement food and beverage strategies aligned with the hotel’s vision and market positioning
• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets to ensure seamless service delivery and brand standard compliance
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecast revenues, control costs, and maximize profitability across all outlets
• Collaborate with culinary teams to design innovative menus and maintain high food and beverage quality
• Uphold guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving complaints, and implementing service improvements
• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a talented, diverse team while fostering a culture of excellence
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with local UAE regulations
• Work with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, special events, and seasonal offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Hotel Administration, or a related field
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a five-star or luxury hotel
• Proven track record of leading large, multicultural teams in a dynamic hospitality setting
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant, lounge, and bar operations, including menu engineering
• Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with UAE food safety, alcohol licensing, and health and safety regulations
