About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Ensure all F&B brand standards are strictly maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
- Steer and promote all F&B points of sale across the resort
- Create unforgettable dining and beverage experiences for guests
- Ensure seamless communication and information flow between F&B and other departments
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations to ensure profitability and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-oriented, outgoing, and service-minded approach
