Director of Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Ensure all F&B brand standards are strictly maintained
• Strategize on new products and service offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
• Steer and promote all F&B points of sale across the resort
• Create unforgettable dining and beverage experiences for guests
• Ensure seamless communication and information flow between F&B and other departments
• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations to ensure profitability and efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Guest-oriented, outgoing, and service-minded approach
