Director of Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals
• Oversee the planning and execution of all food and beverage operations
• Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Ensure each outlet is managed by a team accountable for profitability
• Coordinate the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget and Business Plan
• Monitor costs and recommend control measures
• Represent the Food and Beverage Department on the hotel's Executive Committee
• Recruit and select Food and Beverage Heads of Department
• Monitor service and food and beverage standards in all outlets and banquets
• Handle guest complaints, requests, and enquiries regarding food, beverage, and service
• Establish rapport with guests to maintain good customer relationships
• Coordinate the formulation of the Annual Marketing Plan

Requirements

• Five years in a food and beverage senior leadership role with multiple outlets
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Luxury service focus and elevated emotional intelligence
• Strong networking and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Proven ability to build a strong team culture and high performance record
• Clear communication skills
