Responsibilities

• Serve as the first face and voice for prospective clients
• Act as the central hub between clients and the law firm
• Manage incoming calls and in-person visitors with professionalism
• Maintain composure and provide high-quality care in fast-paced or stressful situations
• Handle scheduling and technology-based tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Ability to work in-person in Bartlett, TN for 40 hours per week
• Exceptional client care skills, especially for individuals in crisis
• Ability to multitask and change gears quickly
• High attention to detail and professional composure
• Proficiency with technology and scheduling software
• Experience in hospitality or similar service industries is a plus
