Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage human resources functions including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Oversee office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Maintain and improve administrative policies, procedures, and training resources
- Coordinate technology vendors and assist with technology-related projects
- Track and report operational metrics and key performance indicators
- Serve as a central point of coordination for operational disruptions and employee concerns
- Support the Firm Owner with special projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field with 6+ years of leadership experience, OR 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in business administration, office management, or operations management
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, employee relations, and administrative operations
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and talent assessment
- Experience managing sensitive employee relations and workplace investigations
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating service agreements
- Experience supporting organizations with at least 10 employees
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business administration or operations leadership
- Experience in a professional services organization such as a law, accounting, or consulting firm
- Experience advising owners or senior executives on organizational matters
- Familiarity with payroll administration and employment law compliance
