Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage human resources functions including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance
  • Oversee office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain and improve administrative policies, procedures, and training resources
  • Coordinate technology vendors and assist with technology-related projects
  • Track and report operational metrics and key performance indicators
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for operational disruptions and employee concerns
  • Support the Firm Owner with special projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field with 6+ years of leadership experience, OR 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business administration, office management, or operations management
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, employee relations, and administrative operations
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and talent assessment
  • Experience managing sensitive employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating service agreements
  • Experience supporting organizations with at least 10 employees
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business administration or operations leadership
  • Experience in a professional services organization such as a law, accounting, or consulting firm
  • Experience advising owners or senior executives on organizational matters
  • Familiarity with payroll administration and employment law compliance
