Director of Finance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to senior leadership for business verticals
• Lead the full FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Translate business objectives into financial plans, KPIs, and dashboards
• Partner with operations, sales, and procurement to identify growth and cost optimization opportunities
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and capital investments
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, reporting standards, and internal controls
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Improve financial systems and reporting processes through automation and BI tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience supporting large business units or operational organizations
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to influence decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP and BI platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or CPA certification
