Director of Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization.
• Develop and execute long-term operational and financial strategies to support the mission and goals of the college or division.
• Represent the organization in university-wide committees to ensure alignment with institutional policies and priorities.
• Establish and enforce administrative and financial policies to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to management teams, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-8 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing others or leading a project or program.

• Master's degree.
