Responsibilities

• Build and refine a fully integrated, highly dynamic 3-statement financial model to support strategic decision-making and fundraising
• Execute real-time scenario planning and sensitivity analyses during executive meetings
• Lead the Long-Range Planning (LRP) process to create a multi-year corporate roadmap
• Partner with Corporate Development on M&A valuation models and financial due diligence
• Advise the CFO and CEO on capital structure optimization and financing alternatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance
• Mastery of advanced financial modeling (3-statement, valuation, and scenario analysis)
• Ability to translate abstract strategic concepts into mathematical equations
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for interacting with C-suite stakeholders
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows
