Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and strategic finance projects from initial assessment through execution support
• Support capital raising and external finance workstreams by preparing materials for equity and debt investors
• Develop and maintain high-quality financial models, valuation frameworks, and scenario analyses
• Create structured, repeatable approaches for diligence, valuation, and transaction execution
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to connect financial analysis to company priorities
• Operate as a hands-on owner, building materials and pushing complex workstreams forward independently

Requirements

• Strong foundation in M&A, corporate finance, transaction execution, and valuation
• Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a similar high-performance finance environment
• Proficiency in building robust financial models and performing independent analytical work
• Ability to distill complex financial topics into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
