Responsibilities

• Own all monthly financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance for Givzey and Version2.ai
• Build, refine, and present financial forecasting models to power leadership decisions
• Deliver actionable financial performance reports to the CEO and Board of Directors
• Lead accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and vendor onboarding
• Maintain cap tables and oversee 409A valuations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Manage commission reporting for leadership and sales teams
• Partner with legal and accounting on audits, contracts, and compliance
• Review and optimize software license agreements and insurance coverage

Requirements

• 3–5 years of finance experience, ideally in a SaaS startup
• Proven success with forecasting, KPI tracking, and board-level reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex numbers into stories
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-driven mindset
