Director of Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage month-end close processes to ensure accurate financial statements
• Prepare monthly analysis on revenue, expense, and balance sheet accounts
• Direct company financial planning and budget management functions
• Prepare operating budgets and forecasts in coordination with the FP&A team
• Oversee daily finance department operations including billing and collections
• Lead controllable expenses reporting and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Facilitate financial audits and recommend procedural improvements
• Manage and coach a team of 8 individual contributors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 9 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP Business by Design, Concur, or Adaptive
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation
• Exposure to public accounting
• Exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
