Director of Finance

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build and maintain core SaaS financial models and operating metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV)
• Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering leadership on capacity and headcount planning
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and manage internal/external accounting resources
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Manage accounting workflows including AP, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Implement and improve finance systems such as NetSuite, Ramp, Stripe, and Bill.com
• Support fundraising, investor reporting, and board materials

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, and accounting
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of SaaS financials and ASC 606
• Proven ability to build finance processes and internal controls
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Experience with finance systems and tooling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing or scaling accounting and finance tooling
• Prior experience supporting board reporting and fundraising
• People management experience
• Experience supporting international operations and cross-border tax considerations
