About the Company

Regent’s Retail Services Group (RSG) is a shared operational infrastructure that supports Regent’s portfolio of retail businesses, including La Senza, Club Monaco, Escada, and Drybar. Regent is a global private equity firm focused on acquiring complex and underperforming businesses and driving their exponential growth through operational improvements and strategic capital deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance leader for RSG and its portfolio brands
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring GAAP compliance
• Provide expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Analyze sales, margin, cost structure, and profitability to guide strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses for growth and restructuring
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs to identify risks and opportunities
• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and revenue recognition
• Ensure strong internal controls and accounting policies are implemented
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with leadership responsibility
• Proven experience as a full-scope finance leader in a multi-site or multi-business environment
• Strong understanding of retail financial drivers, inventory, and margin analysis
• Demonstrated experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite or SAP
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
