Director of Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with hotel business objectives
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management, owners, and corporate offices
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Ensure compliance with Accor policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 8–12 years of finance experience, including senior leadership in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation
• Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and lead teams
