Director of Federal Sector, Resourcing

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Drive development and delivery of training tutorials for Guardian products
• Integrate client feedback to iterate on product development and identify new features
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery and technical issue resolution
• Collaborate with business development to expand client use of products and services
• Generate new business leads through client interactions and industry networking

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Operations Research
• Minimum 5 years of delivery management experience with enterprise solutions
• Experience leading engagements involving data science, cloud infrastructure, and application development
• Proven leadership experience managing small to medium-sized teams
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence required

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Engineering degree or MBA
• Subject matter expertise in PPBE, Resource Planning, and POM cycles
• Headquarters Air Force (HAF) experience
• Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or higher)
