Director of Family Office Services

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to client families, overseeing and integrating all aspects of their financial and personal affairs
• Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team including investment professionals, tax and legal advisors, and client service staff
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and long-term relationship building
• Develop and implement tailored wealth management strategies, including investment oversight, estate planning, and risk management
• Oversee operations related to accounting, reporting, and compliance
• Coordinate with external advisors such as attorneys and CPAs to ensure alignment of financial plans
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Drive business development efforts through referrals and networking within the UHNW space

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a multi-family office environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-generational planning
• Deep understanding of investment strategies, estate planning, tax structuring, and family governance
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (JD, MBA, CPA, or CFP)
• CPA certification
