About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to long-range facilities planning including capacity tracking and forecasting
- Manage occupancy and CAPEX budgets for corporate and retail facilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations including security, office services, and vendor management
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, custodial services, and building system repairs
- Manage third-party facilities management systems to action retail work requests
- Project manage corporate build-outs, store refreshes, and warehouse improvements
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing facilities team
- Support new store openings and office event coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in facilities or office administration
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work on-site Monday-Friday in Los Angeles
- Ability to travel locally between sites as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and rearranging furniture
Preferred Qualifications
- LEED credential
- Experience implementing sustainability projects
- Start-up or high-growth environment experience
