Director of Facilities

Responsibilities

• Contribute to long-range facilities planning including capacity tracking and forecasting
• Manage occupancy and CAPEX budgets for corporate and retail facilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations including security, office services, and vendor management
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, custodial services, and building system repairs
• Manage third-party facilities management systems to action retail work requests
• Project manage corporate build-outs, store refreshes, and warehouse improvements
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing facilities team
• Support new store openings and office event coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in facilities or office administration
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work on-site Monday-Friday in Los Angeles
• Ability to travel locally between sites as needed
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and rearranging furniture

• LEED credential
• Experience implementing sustainability projects
