Director of Facilities & General Affairs, APAC

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all facilities activities across APAC sites, including offices and R&D locations.
• Develop and execute regional facilities strategies aligned with global policies and business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities management, including building operations, maintenance, security, cleaning, and vendor services.
• Lead workplace projects such as office openings, closures, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage the APAC facilities budget (Opex and Capex), including forecasting, cost control, and vendor contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and global EHS standards.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and site leadership to support workplace strategy and employee productivity.

Requirements

• Experience working within the semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
• Proven familiarity with APAC regulatory environments and regional cultural differences.
• Experience leading regional or global transformation initiatives, such as workplace strategy or cost optimization.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in facilities management, such as IFMA, RICS, or PMP.
