Responsibilities

  • Oversee all experiential production projects across the client portfolio
  • Establish and implement production standards, processes, and best practices
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing production team
  • Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and team structure
  • Approve high-level budgets, schedules, and resourcing plans
  • Serve as senior production advisor on complex activations
  • Partner with account, strategy, and creative on integrated campaigns
  • Support business development and pitch opportunities
  • Champion innovation, sustainability, and new production approaches

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in experiential or integrated production
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and large-scale activations
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, logistics, and show production
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
