Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end events strategy including conferences, trade shows, field events, executive dinners, and webinars
• Manage the events budget, vendors, logistics, promotion, and staffing
• Direct a roster of contractors and agencies to scale event execution
• Build operational infrastructure including playbooks, timelines, and run-of-show templates
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, demand gen, and marketing to drive pipeline and retention
• Define success metrics, track ROI, and report on events-generated pipeline
• Ensure every event touchpoint feels intentional, premium, and hospitable

Requirements

• 5+ years in event management, including owning a full events function
• B2B field marketing or SaaS experience with a focus on revenue and pipeline
• Elite project management and communication skills
• Proven ability to direct contractors and agencies
• Results-oriented mindset with experience measuring event success
• Exceptional attention to detail and a hospitality-centric approach
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% for key events
