About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage revenue and profitability for the assigned location, overseeing budgets between $900k and $3.75M.
- Drive operational excellence by managing equipment setups, scheduling, and daily floor operations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with venue personnel and key customers to enhance business partnerships.
- Lead and develop the technical team through coaching, performance management, and training on company standards.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create effective strategies, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Oversee technical troubleshooting and ensure all audio-visual equipment is delivered in top working condition.
- Manage financial reporting, including sales forecasting, P&L review, and accurate client invoicing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
- 2+ years of operations or supervisory experience.
- 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
- Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer hardware/software.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in sales or business development.
