Director of Event Technology II

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue and profitability for the assigned location, overseeing budgets between $900k and $3.75M.
• Drive operational excellence by managing equipment setups, scheduling, and daily floor operations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with venue personnel and key customers to enhance business partnerships.
• Lead and develop the technical team through coaching, performance management, and training on company standards.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create effective strategies, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversee technical troubleshooting and ensure all audio-visual equipment is delivered in top working condition.
• Manage financial reporting, including sales forecasting, P&L review, and accurate client invoicing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer hardware/software.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in sales or business development.
