Director of Enterprise B2B Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing strategy across paid, digital, lifecycle, and outbound channels
• Develop and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns to support revenue growth
• Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and funnel efficiency
• Oversee marketing automation, reporting, attribution, and campaign analytics
• Lead and develop the marketing team across demand gen, content, lifecycle, product marketing, and brand
• Refine positioning, messaging, and value proposition across target audiences

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Proven experience leading performance marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing programs
• Strong analytical mindset with experience owning marketing KPIs and attribution
• Experience managing marketing automation and performance marketing programs
• Proven people leadership experience
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to enterprise HR, Benefits, or People leaders
• Experience in benefits, HR tech, or fintech industries
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
• Familiarity with consultant-driven or channel-influenced GTM motions
