About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing, recruitment, and admissions operations for the School of Rehabilitation Sciences at the master's, doctoral, and residency levels.
- Develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals.
- Manage recruitment materials, social media campaigns, and communication plans in collaboration with university offices.
- Oversee the admissions process, including reviewing CAS applications and utilizing CRM systems like Recruit and Banner.
- Plan and execute recruitment events, including open houses, interview days, and recruitment fairs.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff and student ambassadors.
- Provide high-level customer service and guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, admissions, or relevant student support work (a Master's Degree may be considered for 2 years of experience).
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a professional office setting.
- 2 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing and recruitment plans.
- Valid driver's license with a Real ID designation and an insurable driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to travel 25-30% (primarily within Texas and occasionally within the US).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Recruit, Banner, and Centralized Application Services (CAS).
- Experience with master's or doctoral level admissions.
