Director of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Define and execute security strategy across application security, cloud security assurance, and offensive security pillars
• Build and develop a high-performing security engineering organization by hiring top talent
• Drive the offensive security program including red team operations and adversarial simulations
• Partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure leadership to embed security into AI products and cloud architecture
• Own the cloud security assurance function to meet enterprise and regulatory standards
• Translate security risk into business impact for executive stakeholders
• Influence company-wide security posture through cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in security engineering with significant leadership tenure
• Deep expertise in at least two of: application security, cloud security, or offensive security
• Proven track record building and scaling security engineering teams in enterprise environments
• Strong command of cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience leading or overseeing a red team or offensive security program
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience securing AI/ML workloads or LLM infrastructure
• Familiarity with security for multi-tenant cloud data platforms at enterprise scale
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or GREM
• Contributions to industry security research or open-source security tooling
