Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support
• Drive the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance financial systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and operations
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, processes, and standards
• Foster a strong engineering culture focused on continuous learning and innovation
• Actively participate in hands-on technical contributions and provide technical leadership
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive strategic decisions

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of building and scaling large-scale travel platforms
• Expertise in modern programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
• Hands-on experience with system design, architecture, and implementation
• Proficiency with cloud hosting offerings such as GCP or AWS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in fintech, e-commerce, or travel industries
• Prior experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment
