Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team responsible for the flagship Reporting product
• Own the technical strategy and architecture for the Reporting product, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Build and lead a team of engineers and engineering managers, focusing on hiring and professional development
• Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate customer needs into engineering solutions
• Drive a culture of technical excellence, setting high standards for code quality and system design
• Represent the Reporting team in company-wide engineering strategy and leadership discussions

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing other managers
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling complex software products end-to-end
• Experience building and growing high-performing engineering teams
• Deep experience with data-intensive applications, such as reporting, analytics, or data visualization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology or other regulated industry environments
• Hands-on experience with AI or ML-powered products
• Experience leading engineering at a high-growth startup
