About the Company

PactFi provides secure, end-to-end, operational infrastructure for managing complex private credit transactions. Our web-based application brings together all parties involved in such a transaction to more efficiently allocate capital, complete KYC, share documents, manage funds flow, and more.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of critical product initiatives across multiple teams
• Build and evolve team structures as the organization grows from Series A into later stages
• Hire, develop, and lead Engineering Managers and engineers
• Introduce delivery metrics such as predictability, cycle time, and throughput
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and establish best practices for AI usage
• Partner with Product and Design to translate priorities into actionable plans
• Collaborate with technical leadership on architecture and platform evolution

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing managers
• Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations from Series A through growth stages
• Experience transitioning from few teams to multiple organizational layers
• Practical understanding of AI-assisted development tools
• Strong technical foundation to engage in architectural discussions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building teams from the ground up rather than inheriting existing ones
• Ability to introduce structure and process without sacrificing development speed
