Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Core Product engineering team
• Define the architectural roadmap and technical strategy
• Drive engineering operational excellence and high-performance culture
• Establish engineering standards and cross-functional cadences
• Bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution
• Partner with the executive team to ensure technology investments drive business impact

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of full-time engineering people management experience
• Experience managing managers and scaling organizations
• Deep architectural expertise in system design and distributed systems
• Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, EC2) and asynchronous workflows
• Proven track record of driving large-scale engineering initiatives
• Ability to recruit top-tier engineering talent

• Experience managing both human and AI agents
• Experience working in fast-growing, high-scale environments
• Strong focus on metrics-driven decision-making
