Director of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technical vision and engineering roadmap in alignment with product and business strategy
• Build and scale high-performance engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
• Lead architectural decisions for a large-scale, real-time data platform to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery, ensuring high-quality releases and robust engineering processes
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML capabilities and LLM-powered tools to improve developer productivity and platform intelligence
• Partner with the CXO and leadership team to drive platform evolution and technical excellence

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience leading engineering organizations and managing large-scale distributed systems
• Deep expertise in building high-performance, scalable, and fault-tolerant infrastructure
