About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the FP&A technology roadmap to drive modernization from legacy platforms to cloud-based solutions.
- Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams across data engineering, application development, and platform support.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of planning, forecasting, and management reporting platforms.
- Architect integrated data flows across Finance, Treasury, Risk, and GL systems to ensure a single source of truth.
- Partner with Finance executives and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Manage strategic relationships with key technology vendors such as Anaplan, Workiva, SAP, or Oracle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership with significant exposure to Finance or FP&A systems.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale financial platforms or large-scale transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of planning and forecasting processes, financial reporting, and profitability modeling.
- Strong data engineering background with expertise in SQL, Spark, ETL pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
- Experience with FP&A platforms such as Anaplan, Hyperion, or Workday Adaptive.
- Proficiency with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with C-suite leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated environments.
- Direct experience leading finance transformation initiatives, such as close acceleration or integrated business planning.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and enterprise data governance frameworks.
- Experience optimizing or replacing legacy tools like Cognos or Excel-based processes.
