Enexor is a venture-backed, early-stage climate tech company developing distributed systems that turn organic and plastic waste into clean energy and high-purity CO₂. We are reimagining how the world addresses emissions, waste, and energy access through modular systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering team
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to CAD, DFM, fabrication, and commissioning
• Build scalable engineering processes for rapid prototyping and high-reliability deployment
• Own technical architecture decisions and cross-functional integration across subsystems
• Guide engineering trade-offs using first-principles thinking and cost-performance analysis
• Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, resource planning, and technical hiring

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in technical leadership or management
• Proven success developing complex mechanical or thermal systems in energy or industrial environments
• Proficiency in CAD (Inventor), simulation (FEA/CFD), and manufacturing workflows
• Experience with pressure vessels, piping, structural systems, heat transfer, or adsorption tech is a plus
