Director of Engagement

Responsibilities

• Set student engagement strategy to reach 4,500 Jewish students across eight campuses
• Supervise professional engagement staff and mentor student leaders and interns
• Organize program content and logistics regarding Jewish life, learning, Israel, and community building
• Coordinate program publicity, marketing, and monitor program budgets
• Support student-initiated programs and serve as a Jewish resource on campus
• Build individual relationships with students and connect them to leadership, travel, and professional opportunities
• Teach Fellowship programs on topics including Jewish learning and professional development
• Manage student engagement data in CRM to implement data-informed strategies
• Facilitate day-to-day operations, including events and administrative tasks

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to connect with college students and excellent listening skills
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and confidence in running programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
• Willingness to engage in a culturally diverse community
