About the Company

FLORA is building the first creative operating system: an infinite canvas designed for the generative computing paradigm. Backed by tier-one investors including Redpoint, Menlo Ventures, and a16z, the platform is used by world-class creative powerhouses like Pentagram, Lionsgate, and Nike.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a repeatable playbook for adopting FLORA within art and design schools
• Build trusted relationships with influential professors and program leaders to drive department-level momentum
• Engage with department heads, deans, and senior administrators to lead negotiations for institutional access
• Oversee the creation of teaching resources, example syllabi, and learning materials to lower adoption friction
• Identify market signals to reinforce FLORA’s legitimacy and synthesize insights for product direction
• Create flywheels between schools, students, and employers to compound adoption

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in education-focused GTM, product marketing, or strategic partnerships
• Proven track record of driving tool adoption within educational institutions
• Ability to engage senior faculty and administrators as a credible peer
• Strategic mindset capable of designing multi-year distribution moats and executing tactical wins
• Deep understanding of creative culture and professional craft
• High bias for ownership and accountability for outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Former EDU PMM experience at a design or productivity-led company (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Google, Notion)
• Existing relationships with creative educators or institutions
• Background in a creative discipline
