Director of Education

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the campus and corporate education leadership teams
• Ensure instructional practices and academic operations comply with ACCSC standards and state regulations
• Audit academic programs, curricula, and instructional materials for compliance
• Lead faculty onboarding, training, and regular classroom observations
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to instructors
• Monitor Faculty Personnel Reports (FPRs) and conduct semi-annual performance audits
• Chair Program Coordinator meetings and facilitate Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings
• Collaborate with campus leadership to support student retention and achievement

Requirements

• Associate’s degree
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Teaching or instructional experience in higher education
• Experience in private, career-focused, or for-profit postsecondary education
• Familiarity with ACCSC accreditation standards
• Experience with CampusVue and SharePoint systems
