About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of the Early College student experience and lead strategic partnerships with high schools to grow enrollment and program impact.
  • Develop and sustain strong partnerships with schools to expand access and increase student matriculation to Bethel.
  • Coordinate across university units to ensure holistic student support, including academic departments, advising, and admissions.
  • Manage designated Early College budgets and contribute to institutional financial planning and revenue goals.
  • Lead the accreditation process to maintain NACEP standards and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Drive program evaluation by analyzing KPIs related to student achievement, enrollment, and financial outcomes.
  • Lead internal and external communications regarding Early College programs, policies, and degree options.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in education, higher education administration, or a related field.
  • Progressive leadership experience in higher education, K-12 partnerships, or early college programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives that impact enrollment or student success.
  • Proven experience in budget management and working with diverse stakeholders across an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for program evaluation and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NACEP accreditation standards and concurrent enrollment compliance.
  • Proficiency in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience in change management and strategic planning within a complex organizational structure.
