Director of E-Commerce

Responsibilities

• Lead the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital business and drive measurable revenue growth across owned digital channels.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing multi-function digital marketing team, establishing strict accountability and operational workflows.
• Operationalize the Founder’s vision by translating creative concepts and educational messaging into scalable digital growth systems and high-performing campaigns.
• Own DTC e-commerce performance metrics, including revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV.
• Direct website merchandising, landing page optimization, funnel development, and rigorous A/B testing initiatives.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing, including email/SMS automation, subscription retention programs, and customer segmentation.
• Manage social media execution, content amplification, and social commerce initiatives such as TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop.
• Own digital performance reporting and build scalable dashboards to translate data into actionable optimization decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience.
• 3–4 years of leadership experience scaling DTC operations and managing multi-function teams.
• Deep expertise in DTC funnel development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and direct-response marketing.
• Proficiency with analytics and attribution platforms such as GA4, Triple Whale, or Northbeam.
• Proven ability to establish operational systems and manage project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or health/wellness industries.
• Experience working within founder-led or mission-driven organizations.
