Director of Donor Relations

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic engagement, solicitation, and stewardship programs
• Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects for the MC Foundation
• Collaborate with Foundation staff, Alumni & Parent Engagement, and campus partners
• Develop and maintain a strategic calendar of donor engagement activities
• Build strong donor relationships to enhance the overall giving experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven experience in Development or Fundraising
• Ability to manage major gift prospect portfolios and donor stewardship

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• 5 or more years of experience in professional fundraising or development
