Director of Distribution EMEA

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA distribution strategy with a focus on Germany, Central Europe, and the DACH region to drive demand and revenue growth.
• Lead and influence distributor executive teams and branch-level organizations to ensure alignment and execution.
• Serve as the regional owner for the distribution business, setting performance benchmarks and operating cadences.
• Drive demand-creation efforts, including design-in activity, pipeline development, and distributor-driven customer engagement.
• Set and overachieve regional revenue targets while providing accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure inventory strategies support growth.
• Champion channel marketing and enablement programs with measurable ROI.
• Proactively manage channel conflicts, execution gaps, and performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Distribution leadership.
• Proven experience in semiconductor or high-technology markets.
• Strong experience leading or influencing Germany, Central Europe, or DACH markets.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to travel across EMEA and globally as required.
