About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the campus dining program, including residential dining and large-scale catering operations
- Oversee dining services for a campus community of more than 500 daily diners
- Manage an annual P&L exceeding $10M with strong fiscal discipline
- Maintain a 100% health inspection record and ensure compliance with HACCP protocols
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 50 culinary and service professionals
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including "Farm-to-Campus" local sourcing goals
- Oversee athletics-related food service and premium catering for high-profile events
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in collegiate or high-volume hospitality operations
- Active ServSafe Foodservice Manager and Alcohol Service certifications
- Experience managing large-scale P&L and labor costs
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in CaterTrax, TouchNet, or comparable software
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills
