Director of Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, articulation, and deployment of the institutional philanthropic development strategy at a national level.
• Ensure the achievement of fundraising goals through strategic relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
• Coordinate and support the philanthropic development strategy aligned with institutional objectives across various campuses and units.
• Define goals, indicators, and monitoring models to ensure fundraising compliance and accountability.
• Direct the management and design of operational processes and policies for the fundraising team.
• Develop and implement strategies for prospecting high-potential donors.
• Perform strategic analysis of the portfolio, pipeline, and philanthropic performance.
• Drive strategic alliances with individuals, families, foundations, and organizations.
• Design innovative strategies to optimize relationships with campus directors, development teams, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Communication.
• Master's degree required.
• Proven experience working in universities, foundations, or non-profit institutions.
• Professional experience in public relations, external communication, marketing, sales, or fundraising.
• Experience in alumni relations is a plus.
