Director of Data Services

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of the Data service line
• Develop and refine go-to-market strategies and service offerings, including co-selling with partners like Databricks, AWS, Azure, and Snowflake
• Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to identify opportunities, lead pre-sales efforts, and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with leaders in Aerospace, Energy, and AI lines to build high-value data solutions
• Drive revenue targets, expand client portfolios, and ensure profitability across the service line
• Oversee the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery frameworks
• Act as a primary ambassador for the Data Service line through thought leadership and strategic engagement
• Define the technology and skills roadmap, ensuring alignment with trends like data mesh and agentic AI

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading data, AI, or digital transformation practices within consulting or technology firms
• Proven experience building relationships and co-selling with key partners such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks
• Deep understanding of enterprise data architectures, including data mesh, cloud data lakes, feature stores, and vector databases
• Experience managing the AI adoption lifecycle, from data readiness to post-implementation operations
• Strong track record in driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic account expansion
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
