Responsibilities

• Convert broad vision and concepts into a structured data science roadmap
• Handle end-to-end client AI & analytics programs through hands-on contribution and technical management
• Discover solutions hidden in large datasets to drive business results
• Contribute to internal product development initiatives related to data science
• Drive project management including effort and time estimation
• Build scalable client engagement processes for faster turnaround and higher accuracy
• Define technology strategy and roadmaps for client accounts
• Manage team members to ensure adherence to project plans
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client IT management and internal leadership

Requirements

• B-Tech, M-Tech, or MBA from a top-tier institute in a quantitative subject
• 15+ years of overall experience with 12+ years in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, and Spark
• Experience with Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expertise in Python libraries including numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow, scrapy, and BERT
• Strong grasp of machine learning, deep learning, data mining, and statistical concepts
• Expertise in client engagement within domains like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CPG, or Marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ML algorithms for structured and unstructured data ecosystems
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing
• Ability to provide inputs for sales and pre-sales activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
