Director of Data (BI & Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Build the data backbone by owning the warehouse, models, and BI stack
• Operationalize insights by working with Sales and Ops leadership to translate signals into action
• Develop AI-assisted workflows in collaboration with Tech to deploy GPT-based or agentic assistants
• Elevate reporting from descriptive to predictive and automate recurring reports
• Define, implement, and track core KPIs across GMV, NRM, and automation percentage
• Coach, hire, and mentor a small team of analysts
• Bridge Data with Sales, Ops, Finance, Procurement, and Product teams
• Guarantee data quality through clean pipelines and consistent definitions

Requirements

• Proven experience leading data functions and building data models/pipelines
• Expertise in SQL and BI stacks
• Experience working with AI/GPT-based workflows or agentic systems
• Ability to lead and scale an output-driven data team
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Sales, Ops, and Finance
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
